Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model that gives you direct access to your provider, without insurance interference, rushed visits, or hidden fees. You pay a flat monthly fee that covers your care. That’s it.

Your membership includes:

• In-person and virtual visits, scheduled as needed
• Same- or next-day appointments
• Direct messaging with your provider by phone, text, or email
• Extended appointment times: 30 to 60 minutes, or more if needed
• Annual physicals and wellness visits focused on prevention
• Chronic disease management for diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, and more
• Sick visits when you need them
• On-site rapid testing for flu, COVID, strep, and RSV with results while you wait
• Additional screenings, including pregnancy and drug testing
• Transparent lab pricing with no surprise bills
• Mental health support for anxiety, depression, and burnout
• Lifestyle and nutrition guidance tailored to your goals
• Care coordination for imaging, specialists, and follow-up
• Discounted prescriptions when appropriate

A one-time $100 consultation fee applies to new primary care patients, collected at the time of your appointment.

We recommend keeping a high-deductible plan or health-sharing plan for emergencies, hospital care, or major procedures. But for everyday healthcare, checkups, sick visits, and ongoing support, your Desert Willow membership covers it all. We don’t bill insurance, which keeps costs clear and care personal.

They are not included in the monthly fee, but we have partnered with transparent vendors to offer significantly discounted cash pricing on many of these services. In some cases you may also use your insurance if it offers better value, and we are happy to help you navigate that. Our goal is always the most affordable, accessible option for your care.

Yes. We partner with Cherry to offer flexible monthly payment plans on aesthetics and wellness services, including skin tightening. Applying takes about 60 seconds and does not affect your credit. Learn more and apply here.

We coordinate your care and refer you to trusted specialists when needed. We stay in the loop and remain your advocate throughout.
